I moved to New England in October of 1999 with a wife, two kids, and no job.  Maybe not the smartest decision but I did then as I do now, believe that things happen as they should.  I was fortunate to join WinterWyman and that made all the difference.  Over the years I was given the opportunity to expand beyond temp accounting and finance placement in Boston to being responsible for New England, New York, and then nationally.  Along the way adding in direct hire, financial services, admin, customer service, and HR disciplines.  The people that I was responsible for were simply amazing and I am grateful for having had the opportunity to work with and getting to know all of them.

My time in the industry, on the Mass Staffing Association Board, partnering with world-class organizations, and learning from the absolute best in the business has prepared me for this venture.  Whether it is guiding a client as a consultant, a hiring manager as their talent expert, or a candidate as their career advisor, I know that we must work by two simple rules.  First, do no harm.  If we can’t leave all parties better than how we found them we must tell them immediately and work to find someone who can.  The second is the Golden Rule.  I’ve been a candidate, client, partner, and vendor; I know what it feels like to be done wrong.  You don’t last in this business not doing right by people.

I founded Intersection Search and Consulting to do right by you.  I appreciate how important building a business, a team, and a career is and I look forward to partnering with you and traveling on this journey together.
